Here you will find information and updates on the Agricultural & Targeted Employment Center (AgTEC) in Martin County, Florida. Owned by King Ranch/Consolidated Citrus LP (CCLP), the property is ideally located along Interstate 95 in western Palm City on the east coast of Florida.

AgTEC will be a campus-like setting where a variety of targeted institutions, research and development companies, clean manufacturing, distribution facilities and corporate headquarters can thrive.

This diversification in uses on our property will enable us to continue agricultural-related ventures, while providing community benefits to the county and the region including job creation, environmental restoration, water quality improvements, and opportunities for public enjoyment of the land.

AgTEC is proof positive that there is a way to provide for economic growth and diversity in Martin County in a way that is respectful of the community�s character. These things are not mutually exclusive.
